Online counselling

Online counselling from the comfort of home

Having therapy sessions remotely may be the right fit for you if you would like to access counselling from your own home, or from another space where you feel comfortable and at ease. I offer online counselling in a warm and supportive setting, with the flexibility that remote sessions can bring.

Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly at a pre-arranged time. Early morning online sessions are also available.

What online counselling offers

Online counselling can offer a warm and supportive therapeutic space while allowing you to meet from home, or from another place where you feel comfortable and at ease. For some people, that familiarity can make it easier to begin, especially when life already feels busy, overwhelming, or emotionally heavy.

  • Comfort and familiarity

Meeting from your own space can help you feel more settled and at ease, which for some people makes it easier to speak openly and reflect more honestly.

  • Flexibility and ease

Online sessions can be a practical option if you would like counselling to fit more easily around work, family life, travel, or the rhythm of your week.

  • Privacy and continuity

Remote sessions can also offer a sense of continuity, making it easier to keep a regular therapeutic space in your week without needing to travel to an appointment.

  • Space to reflect

As with in-person counselling, the heart of the work is still the same - having time to slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, understand patterns more clearly, and begin finding ways to support yourself better.

Who this may suit

Online counselling may be helpful if you are looking for a regular therapeutic space that feels easier to fit around daily life, while still offering warmth, depth, and support.

You may be looking for support with...

Bereavement and loss, anxiety, life transitions, overwhelm, low self-esteem, parenting challenges, or a general sense that things are feeling difficult to carry on your own.
