Harmony Life Counselling
Counselling for adults in Surbiton, East Molesey and online
A warm, thoughtful space to explore life’s challenges - from bereavement and major change to overwhelm, anxiety, and feeling stuck. Sessions available in English or French, in person, online, or outdoors.
Welcome, I’m Larissa Leiser
Sometimes life can feel heavy, uncertain, or difficult to navigate alone. You may be dealing with bereavement, a major life change, anxiety, overwhelm, or simply a sense that something no longer feels quite right.
Counselling offers a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you are experiencing.
My role is to offer a warm, supportive environment where we can gently explore what is going on for you, deepen your understanding of yourself, and look at patterns that may be affecting your life or relationships.
Together, we can work towards greater clarity, self-awareness, and a way forward that feels more manageable and more in tune with who you are.
Ways to work together
Counselling can take different forms depending on what feels most comfortable, practical, and supportive for you.
-

In-person counselling
Face-to-face sessions in Surbiton and East Molesey offer a calm, private space to talk things through in person.
-

Walk and Talk therapy
Outdoor sessions combine counselling with movement and time in nature, offering a different pace and a more open, relaxed setting.
-

Online counselling
Remote sessions offer flexibility and privacy, making it easier to access support from home or wherever you feel most at ease.
Meet Larissa
A thoughtful, relational approach to counselling
I am a qualified integrative relational counsellor offering a warm, supportive space for adults navigating bereavement, anxiety, life transitions, low self-esteem, parenting challenges, and other difficult periods in life.
My approach is grounded in the belief that a safe therapeutic relationship can create meaningful change.
I work with clients from a variety of cultural and professional backgrounds, and sessions are available in English and French.
How I work
Counselling is not about being judged, analysed, or told what to do. It is about having the time and space to explore what is happening in your life, with support that is thoughtful, respectful, and attuned to you.
