Harmony Life Counselling

Counselling for adults in Surbiton, East Molesey and online

A warm, thoughtful space to explore life’s challenges - from bereavement and major change to overwhelm, anxiety, and feeling stuck. Sessions available in English or French, in person, online, or outdoors.

Welcome, I’m Larissa Leiser

Sometimes life can feel heavy, uncertain, or difficult to navigate alone. You may be dealing with bereavement, a major life change, anxiety, overwhelm, or simply a sense that something no longer feels quite right.

Counselling offers a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you are experiencing.

My role is to offer a warm, supportive environment where we can gently explore what is going on for you, deepen your understanding of yourself, and look at patterns that may be affecting your life or relationships.

Together, we can work towards greater clarity, self-awareness, and a way forward that feels more manageable and more in tune with who you are.

Ways to work together

Counselling can take different forms depending on what feels most comfortable, practical, and supportive for you.

  • A man with curly hair wearing a white button-up shirt with small patterns and ripped jeans is sitting on a light-colored sofa in a room with large windows. A dark table in front of him holds decorative sculptures, a picture frame, and a large lamp with a light shade.

    In-person counselling

Face-to-face sessions in Surbiton and East Molesey offer a calm, private space to talk things through in person.

  • A woman in a red jacket and black leggings jogging on a dirt path through a park illuminated by the setting sun, with trees and fallen leaves on the ground.

    Walk and Talk therapy

Outdoor sessions combine counselling with movement and time in nature, offering a different pace and a more open, relaxed setting.

  • Person pointing at a laptop screen displaying a video call with a smiling man wearing glasses, with an open book on the table.

    Online counselling

Remote sessions offer flexibility and privacy, making it easier to access support from home or wherever you feel most at ease.
